Mel I know how you feel we were told girl at 15wks, girl at 16 wks and at 20 wks I had a horrible sonographer who said she couldn't be sure and now I'm worrying..... I have now had 7 scans and never ever seen a Boy bit! 3 of my scans have been full anatomy scans over 45min not a willy in sight but..... Still don't think I'll believe until I see it ;-)
Enjoy your girl darling 20 wk will confirm either way unless you get the cow I got which I doubt lol!

Fish, so happy for the good news YAY!
Girlsway, Glad you're doctor is optimistic. Hopefully bloods will confirm it for you.
WAG, I really like Lennon Kai! Hopefully your DH will be on board. We're still up in the air about a first name. Our top 3 keeps changing but for now it's between Sage, Shiloh and Shepard and middle names Julian and Holland.
Thorz, BOOOOOO about your scan! I too have been anxiosuly waiting for the 10th. Any chance you can schedule it before your doc goes out of town
You have great style and motivation Thorz! We have slowly plugged away at some projects in anticipation of listing our house soon but I'm not as ambitious as you! I do look forward to starting fresh and decorating a new house though.
While your hobby is very productive, mine has been costly... I have been shopping so much for this baby!! I like to get new things for each baby and this being our last I have really enjoyed it. Here are a couple of things I got recently (I know we're all due in Sept but I'm kind of assuming I'll end up with a summer baby, hence the onesies and rompers)

Thanks fish nice to have you get bk to me. I also had a gender reading, wish so much I had never had them now, but one from stormy said I'd have another boy but I'd probably think it was a girl and even my ultrasound would say girl but the would be wrong! Wish I hadn't had that as its playing on my mind. Roll on 2 weeks ! Does your little one gave 3 bright lines ?

I have the britax chaperone infant car seat and stroller in cow print... The stroller sucks! Waste of 600 bucks to say the least... I love the car seat
I love britax car seats! I have the advocate in cow print for ds3 and I'm going to get him the new Fronteir I think it is...

Everyone's shopping and decorating makes me feel lazy. I am a bit superstitious and don't buy new clothes until I'm about 36 weeks, and with DD3 only 14 months we don't need any new baby "stuff" - except maybe a double stroller, we've an old one from when DD1 and DD2 were little but it had pump up wheels that are pretty wrecked now. I'll give DH an ultimatum later - either he fixes them PROPERLY or we get a new one.
I am in such a grumpy mood today. I weighed myself which started it - I've put on 5-6 kg already and I really really want to keep my total weight gain to around 15 kg. I don't eat as well when Im pregnant but overall we're still pretty healthy but it's the lack of hard running that does it, I think. Plus, I never have severe MS so I eat my way through the first trimester. I'm going to start watching the crappy carbs (she says, eating crackers and cheese). I can't run when I'm pregnant and I don't want to do much more than I'm doing which is already loads of park trips, carrying the baby etc as my hips and symphysis pubis are getting a bit achey already.
I'm also grumpy cos no one slept well last night - half way through the night I left and went into the spare room but DH later got up to the baby who is teething and DD1 who wet the bed for the first time in ages so he (not unreasonably) woke me up when the baby woke again so he could have another 45 minutes before work.
My placenta is anterior too (is it Salsa who also has one?) so I do feel movements but nothing like the previous ones and I do miss that reassurance.
Thorz, I feel disappointed that your scan isn't the same day as mine anymore! I know it must be emotionally hard not 100% knowing the gender but, based on what the tech said at your last scan, I wouldn't decorate the nursery blue just yet.
Anyway, the baby is asleep so I might put my feet up and hope that it improves my sulks!Mummy to three gorgeous girls :
DD1 7
DD2 6
DD3 2
DS born sep 13

Mum 23 mines anterior too quiet a relief only found that out last scan and had been thinking it was just fat sitting on top of bubba! This last week I've started feeling really strong movements I'm 21+5wks now sorry on phone can't see your siggie but think maybe your a week behind me so fx you'll start feeling more soon
I need a new travel system cause I sold the buggy base when we found out it was twins dho! I'd quiet like to de boy the nursery it's trains and boats ;-) and then there's clothes..... But I'm with you mum23 I'm not gonna buy anything for.a while which having waited so long for something not blue is a bit sad ;-s
