I'm feeling ok apart from wanting vinegar on my foods and sour stuff I'm just sat here munching salt and vinegar hula hoops mmmmmmm.. I'm having a hard time eating just don't know what will tickle my fancy lol!

I'm sorry to hear you are feeling sick From what I read, I think the main concern is making sure you don't get dehydrated from fluid loss due to diarrhea or vomiting, but other than that I don't think it should be a problem for the baby. I would probably call your OBGYN/Midwife if I were you to see what they have to say and to give you peace of mind. GL and hope you feel better soon!

Thank you! Yeah, I think e.coli is the most common cause of "travelers diarrhea", but there are many others...so of course I think of the worst, like listeria or something which would basically end in m/c. I'm sure it's fine...just makes me nervous. I called my OB but he was in surgery so they won't get back to me until tomorrow.

Yes thanks feeling much better now and I know everything is going ok, still getting pain but bleeding has stopped. This pregnancy feels so much different from the others, but I can't help thinking its cos I'm older now and my bod can take it lol.

Who here is having intense food cravings/aversion? All I want is junk food, protein, red meat, and " filling" and sour/spicy food foods. I crave steak, cheddar cheese, French fries, hamburgers, chicken nuggets with hot sauce, peanut butter, and lemon water with ice. The only healthy foods I can tolerate are pineapple, tomatoes, strawberries, raspberries, and oatmeal. I hate how I have the urge to drive through McDonalds or Sonic once a day for my second lunch, yes my appetite is huge! I feel guilty eating junk because I know its not healthy for the baby and I don't want to gain a bunch of excess pregnancy weight. Anyone else?

Yes I need chips and mcdonalds lol, anything junk oh and this week I've really needed a pot noodle, I used to be a chocoholic but now I'd rather chips lol. Even wanted to get up in the middle of the night this wk to eat as I'm always so hungry.

I have joined the pregnancy people! I am not sure how far along I am, the blood test says approximately 3 weeks but my period is about 6 weeks. I am having a dating scan in a couple of weeks to confirm my due date.

I am also starting to feel a little gender stress. This is my third child and I already have two amazing daughters...but I would love a son to complete our family. This will be our last child.

I stuck to the boy sway the best I can.

I used the Chinese calendar on baby centre. Yum I love salt and vinegar. I think being on the HE diet has made my appetite bigger. I had a large pizza with chilly sauce for lunch. An hour later I ate curry with rice... Don't wanna keep puttin on excess weight lol.

Oh afy I'm such a eastenders addict lol, alway have to watch it. Facebook is a excellent way of keep in touch with friends and family, ESP for u. It's like where u get ur updates and gossip!!

That's good news that u have stopped bleeding and glad ur felling better. I feel discomfort this time around too, I think it's bcos its my third.

So we are meeting my parents for lunch tomorrow and my mom just informed me over the phone that she has a poison ivy rash. Great. My parents don't know yet we are expecting, we are waiting to tell them until after our 1st appointment at 8 weeks. Anyway, I know that the poison ivy rash itself isn't contagious, but I am still worried I will somehow contract it! I hate being around " sick" people when pregnant. Ugh.
