6Blue NT Scan pics what do you Ladies think???

Back from my NT scan. I am 12wks 2days. measuring 12wks 4days. The tech could not give me a gender guess saying it's to early to tell 100%. So we get around to baby private area kept closing legs all of a sudden open it i was OMG i see something sticking up. It look like was a circumcised penis lol. I was like yes that's gonna make boy #7 . The tech said i do not know what your talking about something sticking up because i see nothing sticking up, she kept saying its to early both boys&girls look similar at this point. She did tell me my placenta is anterior left. She did say before i left If i get a girl make sure i do not spoil her. i broke down in tears and said i pray to God everyday for a girl finally after 6 boys, i will treat her as a equal to my boys and NEVER put Her before them! My boys are my heart and they mean just as much to me as She would!
Here's some pics. i think the skull looks boyish(looks big cause its a real close up) hope i am wrong idk. Any guesses????

Thanks Wilma for a guess (just the thought of MAYBE a Girl feels good right now, i've never heard Maybe a girl in all these years. I do not want to get my hopes up real high, but need to at least have some hope till i find out for sure. Oh no video i wish i did get one
