No CM at all

I am on IG diet for 6 monthes HE diet for two weeks
and on sunday is my Big Day .

My Big Problem is that

I do not have any CM at all

no EWCM nor creamy ( I am dry )

Althogh I am taking Fertile CM 3x aday

and Mucus Relief (Guaifenesin ) 400mg x 3 a day

BSF 4 x aday .

1/2 pinapple every day

cup of green tea 1 x a day

.................................................. .........................

What can I do please please help

If the big day is Sunday then get preseed and use plenty of it. But if you are completely dry then maybe you are going to O later this month.

I had good results with EPO and fish oil which may be something to look at if you are not lucky this month

Some ladies say that the fertile cm drys them up, I would definitely use preseed with every attempt and add in some fish oil if you can

Stop BSF, I think it can make some people dry.

If BFN this month, I would drop the fertile CM, that has made some people dry.

I haven't had much for years but I used preseed. I also drank green tea but that was it. I was never sold on the bsf concept.
