I'm currently on meal replacement diet which is 700 cals and veggy most of time sometimes have chicken but not often but I ate chicken when I conceived my dd.
I'm planning on coming off this 6 weeks before my attempt and doing girl diet but I'm worried I will increase my weight alittle which is only natural after a low cal diet and it effecting my sway. Or do I stick on this or do u think nutrience will sway blue to much?

yes i agree that 700 is very low ! but what other option does she have if she ups calories now it will more than likely sway blue ? it's likely that your metabolism has slowed down quite a bit to compensate for your low calorie intake. If you were to up your calorie count now, you'd obviously gain weight,
i would stick to 700 but not do any excercise at all , drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and ttc that lil girl ASAP !
700 calories a day longterm can be harmful !
only other thing i could suggest is uping calories to 1000-1200 but do lots of cardio to burn them off !
sorry but that's all i got
Good luck2008

Wow I really do not recommend that low a caloric intake. If that's all you are eating PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE eat chicken, you will not be able to get enough protein otherwise. I am assuming (hoping) that the veggies and chicken are in ADDITION to the 700 calories and that you are doing this under the advice of a doctor or dietician.
The amount of difference in nutrients between 700 and 1200 calories is really minimal, regardless of if it sways pink blue or plaid, you need to increase cals to a safe level to sustain a pregnancy and 700 cals is not enough to do that, and it's for sure not going to be enough protein to do that.
If you are following some sort of meal replacer with vitamins in it, then actually you will prob. end up getting less nutrients by going onto diet, becasue some of them are highly fortified.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

the other option is to go onto the diet and start intense exercise to make up for any difference in caloric intake

It's like Cambridge diet don't know if you have that over there it's medically approved and has all vits and carbs etc i need. But it was only temp to lose the weight but I intended to do girl diet for 6 weeks before ttc do u think that is best option if I do gain back some will that be a stronger sway blue or will it not make a heap of difference

I would go 50% meal replacement and 50% LE. Those plans are very high in nutrients (they usually include your full RDA). If you continue at 700 your body will go into starvation mode so that when you go onto LE it will hold onto all the calories it can.
