I agree mommymachine... can't trust myself because I feel like I want a girl too badly. I know this sounds silly, but I do consider myself an intuitive person, and I have had a sense that it is a girl, but again I worry that it is simply my desire getting in the way. I think I am too close to it to get a true feeling on it.![]()

i feel the same way as both of you. I so want a girl, and think it is, but can't trust my self that this is a girl...lol. I wouldn't worry much about not gaining weight this soon on. I started out at 120 pounds. From me being so sick I lost 14 pounds, I am now up one of those 14 pounds lol. So I am still 13 pounds under my starting weight. the dr. said it isn't something to worry about. He just gave me meds a while back, to make it so I wont be sick anymore.

Might be a sign of a different pregnancy bythe******! I wouldnt worry about not putting on too much weight, especially if you have been sick the first trimester and 2kgs is good for 2wks into the 2nd trimester...i would say your on target
Because i had bad nausea i was eating anything and everything to get rid of the feeling but that created the opposite problem and i was putting on weight very fast! so I have had to put myself on a strict routine for eating lol i have phone alarms for throughout the day so i know when i can eat and what type of food i can eat and its working really well in controlling my weight gain. I've stayed the same weight the past 13 days.

Good for you dreaming! I've been eating a lot because of m/s too. I have probably put on a lot of weight (haven't checked) and I definitely have a little bump now, but not too big. I should probably start to watch my eating a little more closely too. I may try the alarms and meal plans - probably better for the baby too. Thanks for the great idea.
Mommymachine - your baby is also super cute! Lots of cute little babies here in this group. My NT scan is tomorrow too and am hoping to be posting some super girly nub shots in the ultrasound forum some time tomorrow. Wish me luck!

BabyGirl4Me - it really works so well im surprised by how easy it is - let us know how u go
GOODLUCK for your scan today...are u nervous??! cant wiat to see a little pic....im a bit disappointed no one is guessing on my nub pic in the u/s forum and someone even said there was no nub....i can see it clear as day but maybe im looking at something completely different!!
in other news i had my NT scan and results come back high for downs so am looking at either getting an amnio or MaterniT21 bloods done....an amnio scares me becasue of the risk of m/c and MaterniT21 bloods are not 100% and have had some false positives.....what would you guys choose??

I'm sorry your test results weren't good dreaminginoz. i would try not to panic, lots of people get poor results and their babies are fine. but I understand its easier said than done.

So I am 13 weeks, I have been having spotting on and off three different times. I just had a ultra sound to see if we could see if anything was going on. We found that I have 2 small bleeds. I am worried, has anyone had this and had a healthy baby? So worried that this will cause us to MC. Or for something to be wrong with baby. On a happy note, baby was measureing 2 days bigger than due date. Any words would be healpfull, thanks all.

Went away to visit my sister for the weekend and have got gastro or food poisoning last night. Was up sick most of the night. It was horrible, I had to get up to get on the plane early this morning. Luckily I had stopped vomiting. My kids were quite a pain too after having their routine off with me away. Thankfully my mum has spent the day here cleaning and helping me with the kids.
Hope everyone else is doing better. Anymore news about your test results dreaminginoz? And how is the bleeding Zem ?2008
