Can I use Preseed like this?

So I broke down and bought some preseed. But I bought it for this reason only .. I have loads of EWCM especially since starting this HE diet. BUT DH and I (sorry TMI) have always used a little bit of saliva for lube. Ya know just to initially get things going. So I found out from some research online and Atomic that saliva is bad for sperm. Sooo my question is can I just use a little preseed like lube to just put some on DH? Or do I actually need to use the syringe and insert it up in myself? I am nervous about it swaying pink for me for some stupid reason. I have it set in my mind I will have a girl because I want a boy so bad. And should I even be putting it up in me if I have so much EWCM? Wouldn't that be a little messy?
