    nervous & testosteron

    when i am thinking of my sway in the furure i become very nervous. Is that makes Testosteron goes up like stress do?

    DS3 January 2020 - endometriosis - DH low motility

    We don't know really. What I do know is that if you sit around thinking about it and panicking over how nervous you are getting and how that's going to ruin your sway, that can't be doing you any good.

    I personally don't think nervousness per se does anything to your T levels, but being obsessed, thinking about something important all the time, and the feeling like EVERYTHING is riding on this, that can raise T levels. But you are not going to do yourself any favors by panicking MORE and trying to force yourself to calm down.

    I wish that no one would even think about how worried or nervous they are. It accomplishes nothing at all, it only makes you MORE nervous. The only things you need to avoid for swaying is starting big important projects, competition, and/or doing sway tactics that require a lot of attention to details and yet don't even sway, like timing.
