Here's my transvaginal ultrasound at 5 weeks 6 days. It looks like the embryo is on the left, though the yolk sac is to the right of it. Does anyone have any predictions? Ramzi's method is horribly confusing.
Just for comparison, here is my transvaginal ultrasound with my sonat 7 weeks. He is clearly on the RIGHT of my uterus.

Even ultrasound techs can't use this method without training, so please don't obsess about Ramzi, you just can't DIY. YOur best bet is to ask the tech what side you ovulated from.

I am really confused. Does that mean if you only conceive from one side you are more likely to have one sex? Or the side you ovulate from is more likely to implant on the left side rather than travel over? Reason being is I only have the left half due to ectopic. This was due to my first ever confirmed pregnancy. Does that mean I will most likely always have boys? Arg totally bummed...... I thought I read it didn't make any difference I didn't know which ovary swayed.
Hoping for a pink rainbow!

I could be wrong...but I don't think that was what atomic meant. Both left and right ovaries can conceive both genders. I think she meant to ask the tech which ovary you ovulated from because they measure the follicule that released the egg...and if you ask which side it's on, you can orient your image from it.
For example, my tech measured the ovary I ovulated from at 6 weeks. If I had asked, she would have told me she was measuring my left ovary. And placenta (yolk sac) and baby were sitting directly below the area she was measuring. Knowing it was my left ovary would have told me baby and placenta were left-sided. Hence, girly.
But, please, correct me if I am wrong with what you intended atomic.
