On the box, it says that the applicators are one time uses, only...but there is a lot of preseed for just 9 applicators. Does anyone know why it's one time use only? I was thinking about cleaning it like I would my diva cup (hot water with pH-balanced soap, ie diva wash) and/or boiling them. Anyone know if this is a truly bad idea? Or do you think it will be okay. I tried to put some in with just my finger, but that stuff is slippery! I don't know how much actually managed to go in...

I do the same...wash up in a non-lye soap. I think it's fine to reuse them as long as they're clean. It is really slippery stuff...in fact if I use too much, DH complains that there's not enough "friction"

I think that's absolutely fine.
You have to realize, the company is dealing with nitwits and some of those nitwits have lawyers, so they have to give advice based on what the least sensible person would do and protect themselves from legal liability.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

"You mean I shouldn't reuse a Preseed applicator that had mayonnaise spilled on it and sat in the back of my car over a really humid summer??"
or perhaps slightly more realistically, one that had fallen in the toilet or had been used to apply hemmorhoid cream in between rounds of Preseed LOLLast edited by atomic sagebrush; June 4th, 2013 at 06:30 PM.
