yes, think so but indirectly... remember reading something about babies conceived after women lost a loved one in the world trade centres:

I conceived a girl during grief.. not sure if it sways but if it did i would guess it leans blue?

Thx for the responses, everyone...I was just curious. Rainbowflower - that was an interesting article! We lost 2 of our dogs in a week...Our 16 yr old pup had to be put to sleep and then a few days later our other died in our arms of heat exposure. It's just been a horrifying experience and we've been trying to pull it together to TTC this cycle. Pink or blue, we're at the point where we will just be thankful of a healthy bean but would be "over the moon" if she is pink...

Grief seems to sway pink for a variety of reasons - people don't eat right, their T goes down, it's a "bad" stressor which affects fertility negatively.

FWIW, I conceived my first son when I was seriously grieving my angel DD.
baby girl 23 wks.
Two gorgeous and healthys!
Many unsuccessful IVF/PGD attempts
