sorry to bump this one up again... but is a little cocoa powder not too bad in a bun/cake? I imagine there is very little chocolatey goodness in there when you make a cake from it (3tbsp-ish for 4 muffins including a chocolate buttercream topping)
normally I eat soooo much chocolate each day, giving it up will be difficult enough so even if I could have a little treat to look forwards to every couple of days I would be eating drastically less of it overall!

No, I like to keep everything on as few threads as possible so we have very info-dense threads!!!
A VERY little cocoa now and then will not hurt but keep an eye out for the OTHER ingredients in the cake like the butter, sodium, etc.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I was going to try the raspberry muffin from the girl cookbook... and in fact I had a go at making it yesterday (using Splenda instead of sugar, etc) and I have to say it was the most disgusting muffin I've ever eaten lol - it was heavy and wasn't sweet at all, it tasted quite savoury, the raspberries were the best bit
