I am trying not to think too much about it either way yet. Don't want to get too attached if that makes sense.

    That made me giggle.

So, who is next for scans? We have our next appointment in 2 weeks, but I don't think there will be a scan this time.

Oh wow! Great to know. I have not done my Clomid research yet as I have been hoping I won't need it, but it makes me feel better to know there are options as far as when to take it regarding the increase of the possibility of twins.

Aw, thanks for adding me to the first post! I hope it brings me luck!

I have added you to to the 1st post as being cheered on.

3boys, thanks for making me feel better and sorry about your mum being insensitive to you and your boys.
I have two amazing boys, ages 6 and 8. I finally got my BFP on the first month of Clomid after TTC well over a year with my girl sway. Baby Boy #3 is due July 13, 2014!

Think morning sickness thing is a myth too. I've felt sicker each pregnancy and all were boys tho luckily never been horribly sick. My friend was sick constantly each pregnancy and had two boys and a girl.

I totally know what you mean with the name thing. I have a panic with each new baby girl being born that she will have that name.

Thank you for the warm welcome.

Sorry your mum was insensitive hun. It sucks when people make these throwaway comments prob with no idea of their impact. Hugs.

Gecon... Glad you feel a bit better! tell your mum that the sickness thing is just an OWT. Atomic says that her little Susannah gave her the second least MS of all her children (if I remember rightly). My next scan is in just over weeks.

TTCpink.... Good luck in the 2WW hope it goes quick for you and this is finally your BFP cycle. You are totally right about some of us ending up with girls lol. There has not been a due date group yet where everyone has failed sways. I can't wait to see the gender results coming in!

Hi guys! Sorry I've been out for a while... Real life, you know. I've been feeling a little crampy so I went in for a scan today, and good news is it isn't ectopic, but bad news is it's measuring small. 6 days too small and I'm only 5w3d. So I'm not feeling too hopeful about the viability. I'll do another round of blood work and find out on Thursday whether the hormones are still rising appropriately.

It's possible everything is okay and it's just a slow grower, but now I'm kicking myself that we already told both sets of grandparents. I'm fine with starting over again -- a little annoyed at the lost time -- but I know my mom will take it hard. Oh well. What to do.

Glad to hear such good news from everyone else -- Charlee, that's SO fun to feel kicks!! And yes, I'm with everyone else thinking that this one (if it's viable) is most probably a boy, too! But we can't all be having boys, haha.
DS is nearly 3 yo. Swayed for a , but we are absolutely delighted to be welcoming a , sweet little brother for DS.
Jan: started LE diet. Feb & March: BFNs. Chemical in April.
May: Appendicitis at 9dpo; hospital blood test was BFN.
Absolutely shocked by a BFP after I got home from the appendectomy. Luckily, the pregnancy was not affected in any way by this early experience. He's a healthy, robust little one!

Hang in there Niva - scans are only accurate + or minus 3 days so you could be just 3 days small and it is easy to get that much wrong with our cycles on LE. If your blood work is good then go with that. Fingers crossed for you.

My scan was measuring a bit small too which is funny as I tend to have massive babies - perhaps this one will be the first sub 4 kilo baby!

I'm out of this round - started spotting last night so tested with an early PG test this which confirmed negative. Just waiting for AF to properly kick off so I can try again.

Thanks, Emily! I didn't know that about the 3 day accuracy. I am holding my breath for Thursday as the numbers will definitely tell more than the scan. I can honestly say I haven't really felt pregnant enough yet to get too invested emotionally, so I'll be fine if the worst happens... Just super annoyed at the ever-increasing age gap between DS and the next. I'm plenty fertile so I'm not worried about how hard it will be to get the next bfp, either; I've just had enough already with these false starts! PLEASE stick, baby!!!!!

Hmm, I wonder if the LE could be making us both measure small? I have probably had low blood sugar more than is good for the pg, since I haven't really been hungry much. No morning sickness, just no desire to go find food unless it's sitting in front of me. I'm sure your bubs will catch up to her siblings eventually, though!

Aww sorry, bunnywabbit. Are you going to change anything in your sway this cycle?

Although come to think of it, if you are less than 13 dpo your spotting could still be implantation...

Niva....my Ds2 was measuring 6 days behind at the 6 weeks scan, and I knew dates with my OPKs. I had a follow-up at 10 weeks with him and he caught up all the way! He is still small for his age, but he is a steady and slow grower...keep the faith!!!!!

Bunnywabbit...if this is not your cycle, may the next be pink and and BFP be a skip and a dash away!!

TTCpink.....is this cycle feeling like the one for you? Your boys would love a pink baby or two....my DS1 wanted me to have 2 babies in the tummy, he was sad when he saw only one.

Gecon..in a few days, your baby will grad to being an olive....the week of olives is so cute, but prune (rock) week looks kinda icky on the ticker!!! Hope that you have a fantastic week!!

I am with you 3boys on knowing how all our sways have done...I feel such hope for hearing pink for so many of you!

After being told at 18 weeks, the prayed and swayed for "lady"bug is in my belly. Our Christmas gift comes with some health challenges, but I know that we are strong family and will celebrate her!
