Sorry ladies I've been MIA as DS is driving me bonkers. He's so whiney and needy right now. Not much to report here except I may have felt my baby move a little bit this morning.

It seems like we've had quite a few opposites on the site here lately. I know that I could have easily been one to get an opposite and I want to offer my support to those of you dealing with disappointment. I have no idea how I would be coping with that right now. Big hugs to all of you.

For those whose scans are coming up, I'm excited for all of you. Hope everything goes well for everyone.

I have been reading a lot of Hypnobirthing stories. I am going to try that this time I hope. I can't do any of the classes here (non offered in the area). I have order the book and have been listing to the cd stuff. So hopefully I can learn enough on my own. Anyone else do anything like this??

I am not sure if you all saw my sway update in TTC board, but we found out last week that we are having a 3rd boy. I really thought my sway was strong, so I am pretty disappointed. I cried for 3 days, and prayed so hard for help to sort out my feelings, and then I feel like I just "got over it." Yes, I am still very disappointed that I won't ever have a girl. But I am so glad that the little guy is healthy and I am having a great pregnancy. A lot of my friends have 3 boys, so they are my inspiration to be a good mom to these boys and never ever let them believe they weren't wanted. We haven't really told anyone gender except close family because I still feel like I am fragile enough to not handle the "girl" comments from everyone. So that's my update! Hope everyone finds out and it's a great moment for you!

Mindy- I think you have a great perspective! And I think it's wise to wait to tell others until you're strong enough to handle their comments. I hope that you continue to receive the answers to prayers and the peace in your heart.

Mindy I'm sorry you didn't hear girl, but congratulations on your new little boy. I think you are handling it well, take time to grieve the loss of a daughter. And feel free to vent on here. I actually think 3 boy families are gorgeous, like a matching set. I think Ill probably be hearing the same as you next week.

Hi girls! I am on my work trip right now and haven't logged in for awhile. Been missing you all. So exciting your scans are coming up soon.

Mindy, so sorry you didn't hear girl. I have lots of friends with 3 boys and it is so special. I think you are smart to not say the gender yet either. It's no one's business until you are ready! I just know in my heart mine is a boy too. Although this is my second, it's probably my last so not the same at all, but similar. I went through a rough bit of it and then just sorta got over it too. I just hope when I find out officially I don't get too upset again, but I know I will be disappointed. I hope I can have as wonderful of an outlook on it as you so quickly.

The rest of you- can't wait to hear! Zem- I am on the fence about you, but bythe****** I just feel like yours is a girl for sure for whatever reason.

I understand those feeling of being fragile, i cant even bring myself to tell people im pregnant for the fear they will start the girl comments anyway and i especially dont want my boys to hear that i want a girl so bad, that it makes them feel unwanted. Boys are just as precious and i'm sure your boys will never doubt they were wanted
