    DS1 was born in October and that is when this little one(girl) is due. Also my mother and I were born in Oct. as well as my dad and DH.
    Also some good friends and their 2 kids all born in August (dh, dw, dd1, and ds1).

    My dad and his sister are born in October, one day apart.

    My cousin and her twin brothers all share Jan 31st as a birthday. They were all three three weeks "early."

    I could probably give about five more examples from friends and family. I think it's exactly as someone said...people avoid same-month birthdays for their sanity. So it's rarer to find siblings sharing a birth month, much less opposite gender ones.
