Goodness me i have been so emotional lately, i just balled my eyes out earlier when my daughter told me about a nine old who was killed in an accident involving a car the police were chasing. I'm really a soft person & cry at all sorts but this week i have more sensitive, it could be AF

AFM woke early this morningh super super hungry again and now have a terrible headache have had to take paracetamol much to my disgust I feel bad taking any drug in this 2WW!!
Last night, cramped on and off it was quite strong.. more than O type too was like a mix of O and AF.

FF has also moved my O date from cd 13 to 14... why?!

Maybe FF changed it because you had the temp dip which normally occurs before O?

Hope the cramps aren't too bad. I had intermittent cramps from O til about 5 weeks with both my girls.

I hear you Princess, i've been at it for 1yr 4mtnhs with 1 loss in there. I too just want to get preg, i hope you havent given up. I bet with your relaxed attitude it will soon come, we just have to keep trying with the help of all the lovely ladies here

dropped pretty much all swaying but
diet and fa so I think I am pretty relaxed about
swaying but really wanting to be pregnant.

Hey ladies, I got a BFN yesterday morning and I'm on CD 28. My temp hasn't gone up; in fact, it started the pre-AF decline, so I have a couple questions if you don't mind. First, how do you know if you did in fact O? My temp was at the O low for 6 days (instead of 1) and my OPK never showed a +, only an 'almost' as in it wasn't quite as dark as the control line. We have never had any problems conceiving, so I think the supps really messed me up. I'm thinking about stopping the supps and just taking a prenatal vitamin with DHA that has only 150mg of Calcium in it, as well as doing the diet, preseed, position, propped hips, and timing (we tried last time but my cycle was really off of normal). What are your thoughts?

Are you going to attempt soon? What supplements are you taking? I'm thinking of dropping l-arginine to see if that will increase my cm, not too sure about drinking green tea either because i hear it can dry cm

No and I don't really know when, I would like to see my Dr first, I have an appointment on the 14th of June. I am now just taking FA, B12, Vit E, Fish oil, FUR, Potassium, Sometimes Zinc. BTW- I hear the same about green tea!

Me either haha! Just tonight am getting pains back on the right hand side radiating down to my uterus feels like mild period pain and ovulation pain together... ughhh better not be AF =(
