OK so I understand the diet now. Pretty sure I have my timing down. Now I want to know if I am hurting my boy sway by maybe doing too much?
Here is an example of what I do on average ( I was doing this mon-fri now I am only doing it mon, tues, thurs, fri ) : on the elliptical I either do the weight loss plus mode (because I like how it switches intensity) or I will just do level 7 the whole way through. I go for 30 min each time. Today I burned 277 calories and went 2.42 miles. Then I wait like 5 min and start strength and I do some abs, calfs, squats, mountain climbers, obliques, resistance bands for my arms, and then 10 lb workouts with my arms.
I am worried that maybe I am doing too much and will end up swaying pink? I just need some advice ...![]()

I don't have the expertise like Atomic but my first two are boys(trying for a girl now) and I worked out for one hour 4 times a week either running for 30min or so or aerobics with weights. I did this aerobics w weights from a DVD. So the first 30 min was aerobics with wts and then the next 20 to 30 min was floor exercise the AB workout and leg strengthening. I ALWAYS had my oatmeal with flaxseed in the morning or cereal with 2% milk. Planned on both preg so I was taking prenatals too...hope this helps :bigsmile

I think its sounds good, but its probable a good idea during your break to eat something, I think AS recommends Larabars (I dont recognise the name as Im UK) just too make sure that your body doesnt start to burn off of itself
Just looked up the Larabar and it is a high protein fruit nut and spice barSo something like this and maybe 10 mins for it to hit your system.

personally I wouldn't do the eliptical that much, I would focus on your strength training, if you still want to do some cardio the eliptical is good but I would cut it down to 2 days, that is just my personal opinion though. I did zero cardio during my sway, I did all weights and when I was done working it I made sure I had a protein shake or smoothie right after

answered in more detail in your other thread but no, that is fine. that is still moderate exercise and mod. exercise sways blue, esp. if you are doing an HE diet with that.
