Tree this is a serious TMI ALERT! I still get a lot of white watery cm each morning that runs down the top of my leg a bit when I'm in my pjsI daren't wear pants under my pjs because I don't want to roll out the welcome mat for thrush again. I just have to catch it with a tissue. I know I'd remember this from my ds's and I certainly did not have this issue. My Mum said she had it with both me & my sis. I can understand why you'd worry about wee or amniotic fluid but I'm sure it's prob leuchorrea, which is a totally normal pg symtom, just bloody annoying & worrying in the early weeks. I dreaded checking my knickers each time as it felt like I'd been caught out by af. Hope that helps put your mind at rest and you can all take me seriously again
If you are worried though make sure you contact your midwife.

Totally been caught out by the pj trousers and no pants situation!! :-)
In the early days I too was always thinking AF had just arrived, then got bored of checking.
I have drunk a lot of water today and apparently that makes girlie stuff a bit more watery.

Dreamofpink don't think that little diversion is going to let me forget you're in possession of some scan pics you're not sharing... Hehe. :-)

I had my NT scan this week, the scan was done by the high risk Dr and he told us at the beginning he might be able to tell us gender with some certainty... unfortunately that didn't happen. At first baby was sleeping so he woke her up by shaking my belly and such. Once baby was up, she was busy doing summersaults and moving around, sucking her thumb, etc... she was active I tell ya! And she also kept her legs crossed. He looked at other body parts and came back down there but nope, baby is shy and refused to show us the goodies! I was a bit disappointed BUT I'm so relieved everything looked great and baby measured right on time. The doc told us baby has long arms and it looks like she'll be a tall person
It was so nice seeing my little one looking like a human baby and the fact that she looked happy in there makes me happy.

I was just wondering about my "lack of" wetness. I have hardly had any discharge to speak of, and I remember quite a bit of creamy with the boys early on. Probably has to do with the LE diet, since I'm still so fresh coming off of it. CM was reduced while TTC, so I guess it makes sense that it's still reduced! I bet as I go back to some of my old diet, the wetness will return. We'll see!
god's promise - yay for a great NT scan! I love your faith that "she" is a "she"! You should read my sway, I have similar feelings...there's a link in my siggy.

So Meeks, wanted to say the SAME thing happened to me this AM! I woke up at 3 am to pee, and I had a hard time going to sleep after that from nausea, it was this feeling mostly in my upper stomach/esophagus...thought I could throw up, but never got to the point where I had to sit in front of the toilet. I've never had that before, mainly nausea with my aversions with DS's 1 & 2. DS 3 was so easy...felt great with him! So, I think lying awake with nausea from 3-7 am probably qualifies as real morning sickness. Have you been having it every morning? We'll see if mine continues. Yuck!

Most mornings, yes. I have found having a high protein snack before bed helps a lot. I have a handful of almonds or pistachios and a glass of milk before bed and immediately if I wake up at 3 or 4am. This seems to have fixed it a bit for now... (*holds breath)
So this morning my ds1 jumps in my bed and I roll on my back to say hi. He takes a look at my chest (I had a tight-ish top on) and goes "mum, those are big. Like, really big" and attempts to rub my boobs! He's 4!!! Even he has noticed the jump in size! Haha. I had to have another awkward 'what's appropriate' conversation with him. Lol
I want to tell him what's going on but he will just blab about it at daycare and the whole town (and my workplace) will know in no time. So for now I'm just ignoring it.
In other news ds2 and I have caught the same cold. I hate winter!DS1 2009, DS2 2011.

Oh Meeks how funny! I love those conversations as they are soooo innocent and have no idea why rubbing someone's boobs or playing with their willies at playgroup is not ideal!
DS2 floored me when i said dont rub yourself on the climbing frame by asking "why not"? I was surprised as he is only 2 and ended up saying something lame like "otherwise the other boys and girls won't be able to climb up!"
My MS has gone now at 12 weeks so hopefully yours will pass soon too.
Whilst idly googling gender scans in my last 30 mins of allowed nubsession I found a centre at Gatwick airport that do it so I could get a scan whilst waiting for my flight. It would only be 15 weeks though so am not sure if it is worth th headless. It is pretty cheap though so am seriously considering it as I have no idea about scan availability where we are going. On th elfin side I won't be much fun on a 15 hr flight if I hear blue.

Emily, so you are posting about nubsessing on here now as you told us to tell you off for doing so from today?
Seriously though, I think I would consider going for the scan at Gatwick if you have the time and it is not too expensive. Although only you know how you would react IF you didn't hear what you are hoping to hear and how you would cope with it on your 15 hour flight. Let us know what you decide.
