    I always thought of it as a girl name as well but for some reason DH thinks boy... Maybe cause we are Canadian and our prime minister is Steven Harper...

    I didn't know it was used for boys... only came across female Harpers I don't think it really matters these days.... to me it is more for girl.
    Hoping for a pink rainbow!
