There is no right or wrong time to have a cheat. If one meal or even a week of meals could undo your overall diet as a whole, then we wouldn't bother doing any of this, we''d just do diet for a day or week before O.

Great idea with the "not feeling well" excuse! Like I said, I indulged in chocolate pecan turtles a few days before conceiving DD. Those yummy turtles certainly didn't ruin my sway and some pastry won't ruin yours either. I am not sure if there's a "better" time to have a cheat day but on CD2 I would not be worried at all.
Even if you indulge a little more than planned, remember to give yourself a good pat on the back for doing the LE diet and doing your best when temptation is high. You're doing a great job - keep up the good work!2012 (my sweetest little bug)

I had breakfast/late lunch today and my calories for the day are around 1500!!! I never go above 1200 or I start gaining weight.
Worried about eating more again this evening, maybe just a light egg white omelette?
I am mad at myself because I *always* skip breakfast but due to AF, being a crampy hormonal mess and this business trip the pastries were just too hard to resist!

Don't dwell on it, remember, cheating is not only allowed but encouraged on LE Diet.
