    Protein Products for Pink Sway?

    Hi ! I'm new here. Two boys and would like to try for a girl this time.

    I'm reviewing the LE diet- and the goal is 40-50 g protein. I use a lot of protein/diet products, right now a lot of fit frappe protein drink (10 grams a day) and Quest bars - 20 grams on days I have them. I'm wondering if these products are ok to use when swaying? I'm not a meat eater, so I don't get much protein throughout my day unless I have beans/cheese/dairy, which is occasional.

    Would these protein products sway blue??

    Beans, cheese and dairy are all fine in small amounts on the LE diet. There are no 'bad' foods. The idea of the diet is to keep your protein levels to a certain level, so as long as you do your best you keep to these levels (without stressing too much about it which sways blue anyway!), it all should be fine.     The Fit Frappe protein drink does have added nutrients. The quest bar has milk and whey protein.

    It depends. Some of the protein shakes and bars are also highly fortified with vitamins in addition to being high in protein, and it's best to avoid highly fortified foods while on LE Diet.

    Otherwise, as long as you're sticking in the overall goals of the day, if it helps you to use those type of products then that's fine.
