Hey southern any news?

So saw consultant today baby now measuring 33 wks (I'm 31) they are worried I have diabeties so more blood tests! They are going to induce me either 38or39 wks they will assess me on 19 aug to see how favourable my cervix is lol! Just taken raspberry leaf capsules and evening promise washed down with pineapple juice lol!

I've managed to stay pregnant thru the night. Just when they were going to give up my ctx started spacing out and have been about 5-6 mn apart. Ive got my epidural as the pain started to become unbearable. The goal is to buy enough time for the steroid shots to kick in and help his lungs. I get my last steroid shot at 8 tonight so hopefully he will stay put til then. My labor has basically stalled at the moment but they will have to stop the mag tonight after being on it 24 hrs and then my labor will most likely get fast and furious from there. Thanks so much for the thoughts and prayers.

Well I'm happy he's styled put cause really everyday counts at this point and the steroid shots are important too!

They've gone ahead and stopped the magnesium and so far my contractions haven't intensified much. I'm in shock but this little one may stay in another day if things don't pick up again! I'm so happy to be off the mag as it makes me sooooo sick. Everyone's positive thoughts seem to be working. Thank you :-)
