So on my diet..whatever you may call it. I've been careful not to add nutrients . But I haven't lost weight. Lots of people lost a lot and got down to a really small weight. Do you think that matters? Or do you think I should lose weight? I'm probably raising T with my excessive stressing. Ough.

Ideally, you should be aiming to lose a little weight, even if a couple of lb.
Do you have an example of what you'd consume in a day? Many of us use MyFitnessPal to help log what we eat so we can also monitor our macro intake (carbs, protein, fat, etc.) Depending on how many calories you chose to eat in a day, there is a suggested amount of protein and fat you need to keep to.
Do you have a dream membership or diet plan? There are a load of threads regarding diet, what everyone else is eating and suggestions. x

Yes that is my concern, that no matter what you do or don't do is irrelevant if you are dwelling on swaying 24-7.
I think it's best for anyone who is more than 21 BMI to lose a couple lbs if they can and it's feasible for them to do that. I only lost 3 lbs.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

DO NOT WAIT A MONTH. I said more than 21 BMI and you are 20 BMI. That means you do not need to lose weight, you are fine right where you're at.
People lose way more than I want them to and I spend hours a day trying to talk people out of losing weight. My advice for anyone from 18.5-21 BMI is to try to hold steady where they are at and if they lose a lb or two accidentally, that's fine. I don't want anyone in that BMI range to lose X amount of weight and then try to hold steady, they will waste away to nothing.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Goodness if your BMI is at 20.6 then I wouldn't be worried about losing weight on LE at all. If you're staying in the daily guideline limits you are golden despite the scale not moving. Maybe you're at a weight loss plateau and your body just wants to naturally hang out at its current weight? Don't worry about the scale and just do LE without the goal of weight loss.
