No, Sylk doesn't help conception. No gels that help with conception would be suggested for a pink sway. Sylk is just a lubricant. I used it sparingly as the diet and antihistamines dried up my CM. I used only just enough to make BD possible.

If it were me I'd likely spend a very long time with 'what ifs' - if I hadn't used Pre-Seed would have got my DD? Personally, as hard as it is, I'd rather wait for an extra 28 days (or however long your cycle is), stick with the diet and supps and try again at positive OPK. At least you would have tried and done all you could possibly do.

Whichever you decide, I hope it works for you and you get your pink bundle.
I've been thinking a lot about this, your reply really resonated with me and I've asked myself those questions.

I still go back and forth on what I want to do...

any lube except those marked "sperm safe" or "conception friendly" will sway pink, but they also all lower odds of conception.

i usually recommend sylk because it's a good lube and has low pH but it's totally up to you - some people use KY jsut because it's readily available, or Acijel due to its reputation as a strong girl sway.

No. EVerything that boosts conception, sways blue. That's how swaying seems to work - if it helps sperm meet egg, it sways blue; if it makes it more difficult for sperm to meet egg, it sways pink.

don't despair, as the OP points out, you can still get a girl with preseed. there are no magic bullets.

IIRC, Atomic said that Sylk was better because Acigel isn't a great lube...

We don't know. I tend to recommend Sylk because it is a way better lube than Acijel. But some people swear by Acijel because it has some acid that IG used to claim was a magic bullet for pink (it's not and there have been plenty of people who got Acijel opposites). Until we have side by side blind studies with people doing nothing else to sway, we can't know.
