Hi i saw you added beer to your sway but was that with alcohol or non alcohol beer?
i probably have an allergic to alcohol. Does beer without alcohol sways Girl too?

I don't think Red wine is that heathy for you, I think people like me say it is to made them selfs feel better about drinking it...

In my (totally unscientific and personal) opinion, I would think alcohol in general contributes to the "declining condition" objective and, on the spectrum among the choices of alcohol, red wine and hoppy beers (IPAs, etc) would be more nutritional (i.e., not as desirable for a pink sway) with their antioxidants, nutrients, grains, etc....versus things like vodka, gin, light beers, are going to just be empty calories. I think it might also help people like me chill out and not be such an uptight, controlling "boy" mom. Cheers!
