7-11am 2 cups of coffee with aspartame and coffeemate and 1 diet A&W.
11:45am 2 slices of homemade salt/sugar free rice bread (about a 6 inch sq size), 1 tbsp fat free greek yogurt mixed with 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 2 inches worth of cucumbers, and 1/2 cup of raw spinach. (not counting the raw veggies under 200 calories, under 200 sodium, 7g protein) I feel almost full. Finishing Diet A&W and will drink some crystal light in an hour.
noon-dinner is only drinks of crystal light

Lunch 2 pieces of toast with jam, muller light yogurt

I actually worked out the protein today, it came in at 36.9g - wooo!!!!!
I didn't actually add a very yummy mini White chocolate tart - no idea on protein of that so I didn't include it!!!!!

Lol at the chocolate tart swish! Pasta doesn't tip me over the protein unless it's a day when I've also had cheese in my sandwich and a yogurt after lunch - yogurt seems to be the worst for protein!

    The pizza sounds yum Purplepoet!

    Today I had:

2 coffees with skimmed milk and sweetener
Lunch: A corn tortilla with dairylea light spread, lettuce, cucumber and a couple of cherry tomatoes (really enjoyed this!), bowl of strawberries and sweetener
Snack: 2 Unsalted rice cakes with sugar free jam
Dinner: Pasta with quark, slice of toast and unsalted butter, meringue nest, Weight Watchers white chocolate ice-cream

    Cals: 978 Protein: 43g Sodium: 780mg Fat: 21g

My fat was really low all day apart from my unsalted butter/spread I had on my toast - 8g a serving! I'm going to try and find an alternative next time I do the shopping. I started taking Chitosan again today, found one without all the extras added.

I'm actually sat here starving but I've had all my meals. I might have something as my cals are so low today and I know I won't be eating again until lunch time tomorrow! No idea what though, something with very little protein in it!

I also found pure chitosan today and took it before dinner, are you meant to ake it 30 mins before you eat. I'm wondering if it's a good idea as I'm now down to 110 lbs, do you think it's a good idea to continue to drop weight, I'm really not sure, I'm nit underweight yet but nearly!!!

zanacal - that tortilla wrap sounds yummy - I have a freezer full of sodium free corn tortillas so maybe I'll try it. What is Dairylea Light spread - cream cheese?

Swish - I think we'll all get to a point where we can't lose anymore weight and still be healthy. I'm down to 122, which is lower than I've been in more than 15 years. Even if I don't lose anymore weight, I'll feel satisfied that I did a good job.

    It's a lower fat/salt cheese spread - not something I'd usually eat!
