I have no evidence to support this yet, but it's more of a hunch that I figure is easy/safe for you to do when TTC and might help but definitely won't harm your sway.

Sleeping on your left side.

My theory is that Ramzi found most XXs (girls) implanted on the left, and the OWT says that sleeping on the left in pregnancy leans girl (I know this hasn't been proven, but what if there was something in it and left-sleepers in pregnancy were actually left-sleepers at the time of conception and in the 2ww which could be the key bit). Perhaps gravity could help those little XX eggies towards the left side of your uterus where they can implant more easily, or maybe blood flow to that side might be improved a bit (this bit is also a theory).

If you plan to left-sleep in pregnant anyway perhaps dig out that body pillow a little earlier and try it out during your TTC cycle?

As I've said, it's not proven and I have no evidence... but it's a cheap and straightforwards thing that you could add to your sway that would definitely do no harm. I wouldn't expect high success rates with it on it's own particularly but maybe it would help a little bit?

can't hurt! of course I personally believe that the reason why more XX are implanted from the left, is because we may be more likely to O from the left when we are in declining condition but hey, maybe it will help with implantation.

I looked into this. And lots of people have had girls from the right side. When you release an egg it leaves what's called a pregnancy cyst. Early ultrasounds can therefore determine by the cyst which side you ovulated. But which side you ovulated from may have no indication on which side baby implants.

You can try! Personally for 5 years I sleep on the left of the bed (when you laying in it). I can NOT sleep facing DH, I have to sleep facing outwards onto the edge sleeping on my left side. Also, we do most of our bding at night time and then going to sleep. Thus, creating 3 son's with him. Maybe the odds were against me since I have a heavy and hearty diet that sways blue. I don't see any harm in trying and experimenting!

Yes, and I too also looked into it. I actually have reasoning and things I've read behind everything I say and when I don't have data or it's based on my own observations, I am the first one who says so. Anyone who wants to weed thru my posts can find it including links to the studies - which are done by a reputable source.

I have never said that right sided ovulation make only boys and in fact have argued extensively otherwise.

And yes I agree, it has not been proven that the side of ovulation has any bearing on what side baby implants on, But something is making Ramzi work, and I think the side of ovulation stuff plus Ramzi makes more sense to me then the idea that for some mystical reason baby girls just "love" to implant on the left side.
