So bold! Cheated in the 2ww :(

I know it's a bit late now and I know it was bold of me but had a serious cheat day involving southern fried chicken and some red meat too!! Yikes!

I just gave in today but really regret it now! Have worked so hard on LE for the last 7 weeks with hardly any cheats, but cheat in the 2ww!! Somebody slap me, what was I thinking!!

I dont think it can do any harm in the 2ww, kfc was pretty much my staple diet when pregnant with my girls lol! That, kebabs and curry!

Is it bad ive just had a rib eye steak, and now want kfc ...? I am blaming you!!
