    Question Scan Pics Predict Sex?

Just for a bit of fun I had a scan at 12 weeks and 21 weeks and was wondering could you tell the sex of a baby by looking at the scan pics? Please see below I have heard of the "nub theory" don't no how accurate it is. First 2 scan pictures are at 12 weeks last one is at 21 weeks.

Hi thanks for the reply. Yes in the 3rd picture (21 weeks) can't really tell also was wondering does it matter on the positioning of the baby? I mean if the baby is not horizontal and is at a bit of a vertical angle can it make a flat nub look pointing up?

I agree, looks like a lil boy from the 12 week shots, no gender seen in the 20 weeks!! Baby should be laying as flat as possible for a more accurate guess.
    Hoping for a pink rainbow!

I agree the 12 week scan has a clear shot of a boy nub. I can't see anything on the 20 week scan. Potty shots are better on 20 week scans.

Thanks for the replies so far really appreciate it. I know this nub theory is not 100% accurate but I have read where mostly people say "it's a girl" according to the nub it sometimes turns out to be a boy while if they say "it's a boy" most likely stays a boy don't know how true this is or percentage wise how accurate this is.

Thanks for that everyone. I was wondering are you people seeing the actual size of the pictures? by right clicking on the image and select "Open image in new tab" This way you can see the picture bigger and get a better idea.
