I have noticed over the past 3 months that my cm near fertile weak goes from watery to ewcm back to watery, and a delayed ovulation. I started b-complex 3 months ago to help wean caffeine dependence and lengthen lp. It has helped me do both, I have dropped from 5 cups of coffee/day to only 2 and my lp had gone from 10/11 to 13 for 3 months straight. I have also delayed ovulation by 2/3 days as well. This month my cervical mucus has gone from watery to ewcm back to watery with no pos opk and no temp shift. I am on cd 20 with no pos opk, I have not tested today yet. I don't feel like my cm is fertile or has been since I started bcomplex, but if I drop it I will shorten lp. Help or suggestions please

I dont know much about this Im afraid hopefully atomic will pop by soon
but a lp of 10-11 days was fine so if you need to drop the b vits then you would still be in a good position.

I'm just not sure what's going on. I know I haven't ovulated, I temp and have not seen a temp rise. I have been doing opks 2x/day since last Monday when my cm started getting runny. I guess I may possibly be having an anovulatory month. Just tested and it was still neg opk. This is way too frustrating. Hopefully atomic can chime in when she has a moment.

Also my lp can range from 9-11 without bcomplex, it was 9 in May which prompted me to start bcomplex as they where shortening from 11 to 10 to 9. . I may just have to drop it though if I keep postponing ovulation.

I could be wrong here but I don't know if Atomic would tell you to stop taking the b vitamins because your body might see that as a dip in nutrients which isn't good for a boy sway. It could be possible that your ovulation is delayed because you seem to be stressing about it though? I am not sure. Hopefully Atomic will come in here and save the day! Just keep testing and snacking!!!! Best of luck!

Thanks for your response. I have already stopped taking them. I think I am just having an anovulatory month. My temps are still low and actually have little variation which has not happened to me before that I can remember. My cm is still watery and I am still testing. I am on cd23 I think and I will probably test for 2 more days and after that I will stop as I have lost hope for this cycle. Hopefully September will be better cycle wise and get me back on track.

I don't know how much this helps, but I have experienced something very similar. I had a miscarriage in Dec and never really had authentic ewcm that didn't vascilate from water, to ew, to water, etc until 3 months ago.
It seems like now the cm it is exactly how its supposed to be but the back and forth made me crazy and I have RARELY had any luck with OPKs. I use cm and cervix to mostly track ovulation.
I tried mucinex, grapefruit juice, etc and nothing really seemed to change things until a few months ago and now my ewcm is VERY plentiful and very easy to read, per se.
I don't know the cause of all this but I am guessing that its an adjustment period for my body with the diet/supplements (and the miscarriage) because they whole diet/supp thing is very odd for my natural eating tendencies.
HTH ....Are you taking EPO or fertile CM?

watery CM IS fertile so no worries there.
I personally think that you may be able to drop the B complex and your LP will stay at 13 days - I'd be a little more concerned that dropping the B could be interpreted as a drop in nutrients which may not be the best for your sway.
B vitamins can def. delay O, but I'm not liking the option of you dropping them either for the reason I just mentioned. What my advice would be is to do SMEP Sperm Meets Egg Plan and not worry about your CM because it's all good. no matter what you'll be covered.!!!
