Need help 19 w 4 days, can still see girly nub?? Why hasn't this shrunk lol bit worried

So went for my gender scan and baby didn't want toco operate and just wanted to keep rolling up in a ball with its head a s far down as you can possibly get, I've now been rebooked, anyway we were so luck to get a side shot of bubba and I can still see a clear girl nub that hasn't shrunk since my 13 week scan! Is this a really protruding clitoris? Slightly worried!!

No, I don't think that is part of the gender. My guess is it's the umbilical cord.
