High risk dr friend just confirmed that's not a nub! Either cord or piece of debris. She can't quite tell but said its not in right spot to be a nub. She is 100% sure.

It's in the right spot. Cord looks like 3 lines floating away from the body or hovering around. That is exactly where a nub sits. Google boy nub.
