    Soooo... Now what?!

So DH and I DTD last night for our first sway attempt... We've been planning this sway since December 2012 and now that it's actually done I have this feeling of "now what?" I gues I just wait the 2 weeks and see if AF shows up!! Any good ideas to keep positive during this time?? Has anyone else felt like this? I've felt so in control this whole time and now I feel so helpless at this point... Does that make sense??

There is nothing you can do except stick to the diet and exerceise (if you are doing that). Good luck in limbo land! Hope this is your first and last 2 ww

I felt fine until I got a BFP, then suddenly it was all out of my hands and way more difficult then!

there's still stuff you can do, blood glucose is especially important in the first week after OV so keep skipping breakfast and cut down on snacks more now than ever

This is a great question! I will be in my first 2ww in one week and was just trying to mentally review what I'll need to do/change for post-O....do people generally resume prenatals during that time, or just wait for BFP in case we end up needing more attempt cycles?

I will just take my folic acid and baby asprin until BFP or AF starts again.. then I will start taking the vitex and SP again. I will start taking prenatals at BFP. Hope that helps!! Good luck with your sway!! (PS the 2ww is nooo fun! hahaha)

Ok, thank you! Hope you get your bfp soon! I actually planned a little family getaway for the first weekend of 2ww to keep me distracted!

Wait till BFP, because if you are not pg you have just given your body an influx of nutrients which it will hang onto with maximum efficiency!!!
