Found this on pre-seed
How to use Pre-Seed to sway blue - Use some Pre-Seed every other day starting after AF is over (it doesn't need to be a lot, because it's expensive...just enough so your body is somewhat used to it when your attempt rolls around) then a bit more every day during your fertile window and then ALSO as a lube during your attempt. You may want to use the Pre-Seed before bedtime to allow it to spread through the VJ without coming back out.

I used preseed. But I just inserted a half an applicators worth each time. Dunno if it will make a difference.

Swayed with GD in 2013 and had a beautiful DS in 2014

Sorry Ribenaberry, but what does cd stand for? Cycle day??? I am guessing ,I don't know for sure
Thank You to all of you for your feed back about the pre-seed, I did use it last attempt, but keep thinking maybe I use to much, I use 3g
My biggest concerned is my PH & CM
with pre-seed does it only help for CM or does it also help with PH ?

hi ladies I'm completely new to all this, stumled across this site from fertility friend.
so sat reading masses of posts yesterday and sounds like I've been doing a bit of an un-intentional blue sway! this would be great if happens. I've actually been trying to lose a few lbs not gain but been doing it mostly following a paleo style diet, lots of fresh veg organic meat and carbs via veg or nuts or brown rice \ quinoa etc.
I also make snacks for me and DH these protein balls made from dates oats and walnuts. I take brewyers yeast already (good for hair, am a hairdresser!). I make a vegan pesto using nurtritional yeast flakes! I take lemon warm water every day for good digestion. And I make a detox drink of fresh grapefruit juice apple cider vinegar with honey! Also been doing more weights than cardio recently too.
So sounds like a do quite a few things already. Made some notes yesterday to add few things like bananas etc. Im already focusing on fertility foods etc.
My history is I had a mmc back in march, wasnt planned but really made me want to get pregnant again. bit gutted not happened so far but been scared to go down the fully ttc route. so far I track my periods and guess my ovulation etc from my body and timing but just signed up to fertility friend and bought a thermometor to properly do temp tracking. I'm currently on the 2WW and so if dont get result this month think I'm really going to put a lot of effort into it. Problem is we have a ton of visitors and holidays / trips home that have meant been drinking way more than usual and think thats really whats holding us back.
anyone waffle over! just thought i'd chime in and see what u ladies think! Good chance I could sway blue??? I'd be happy with just healthy baby right now but think we all have a secret pref!

sorry whats cycle day 5bg? I'm still learning all the abbreviations lol! according to timings given on fertility friend app (obviously only from dates i put in and not temping etc) we shouldve hit the timing perfectly but I'm not convinced with how pickled we must be from all the brunches weve been on this month!

Cd is cycle day. You start counting your cd one the first day of your period, which is cd1. Most women will ovulate around cd14-15. When you are sure u have O'd, you count "days past ovulation" = dpo
