    No, both are acceptable. but not a lot of us are doing the lime. If you do want to douche, I think it's best for your stress (testosterone) level to use a storebought vinegar and water douche and it's also more sanitary as well.

    We have had nothing but trouble when people used lime!! That stuff is mighty harsh where ya don't want it to be! o.O
