    Thanks ladies! And yes it was quite yummy, vanilla cake with chocolate and vanilla buttercream

    Tink - As far as sups, what's your goal? Raise pH, increase cm, load yourself with nutrients, repair damage? Personally I did a pre-natal(nutrients), folic acid (you pee out any extra), fish oil (raises pH and increases cm), potassium & Vit D (it sways and I have a deficiency). Not sure about the meds, maybe ask Atomic or NBP.

    Kris - To a lesser extent I know how you feel, I felt so bad with each bfn for all the money we spent on sups and tests. It'll all be worth it when you get that bfp, fx it very very soon

    TTC5 - still have hope here too

    Tink, that sucks about your back What medication are you taking for it? It took me ages to figure out which supps I wanted to take. My main goal is to increase EWCM and testosterone and rasie pH so I started with that to work out which ones to take.

    Kris, you have great will power! Don't think I could wait that long. FX for you!

    TTC5, I can't wait to hear your good news!! =)

    I am with the rest of you, we are 'secret swayers'! I can't believe my chocolate addicted family hasn't noticed (or at least said anything) about me passing up the goodies!!

    Here's a question: when you prop your hips, are you supposed to lay on your back or stomach?

    We're looking forward to BDing soon!! If we get a BFP this month, we'll get to tell the in-laws in person!

    Thats a good ?, based on my knowledge of anatomy I'd think it doesn't matter, either way the swimmers are pooling at the cervix. Most lay on their back though.
    That's awesome to get to tell parents in person, I've had to tell my dad 3x over the phone and it sucks.

    ♥ Starting supps 3 months before attempt. Starting diet 8 weeks before attempt. Eating lots of red meat, potassium and salty foods. Drinking lots of lemon water and green tea. Using ions- pc, mobile. Start doing weights in August 3 or 4 times a week. Will O every day a week before attempt. Obstain for 3 days before attempt and will DTD once on O day using OPK and BSF.

    I definitely need to raise my ph. When I tested on O day i was whopping 4. I probably need to increase CM as well. SO I was already going to take Fish Oil. I guess I could Go and get on those ASAP. And Start FA.

    TTC. WE conceived DD June 22nd of 08, I missed my AF that was due July 1st. I knew I was Pregnant. I started peeing on sticks that day that i had missed AF. But I didn't get a BFP until July 20th Soooo Don.t get down. But I had faith! I rolled off DH the night we made her and said "that one did it" I just knew we scored that night!! I felt it in the pit of my stomach, well uterus! I had so many negative tests, so keep the positives vibes your still in the game till AF shows up!
