♥ Starting supps 3 months before attempt. Starting diet 8 weeks before attempt. Eating lots of red meat, potassium and salty foods. Drinking lots of lemon water and green tea. Using ions- pc, mobile. Start doing weights in August 3 or 4 times a week. Will O every day a week before attempt. Obstain for 3 days before attempt and will DTD once on O day using OPK and BSF.

It sure does, I always had ewcm at ovulation time but since i've been taking 3000mg daily i've been having wet mucus everyday not just around O. I ovulated 4 days ago and I still have it. It's not quite ewcm but it's very close, i'm sure it helped keep some sperm alive longer than usual.

Tink, that sucks about your back What medication are you taking for it? It took me ages to figure out which supps I wanted to take. My main goal is to increase EWCM and testosterone and rasie pH so I started with that to work out which ones to take.

Thanks Bec, my partner is 10dpo today and she hasn't tested either, so we're both doing pretty good... well if we last till AF!

I definitely need to raise my ph. When I tested on O day i was whopping 4. I probably need to increase CM as well. SO I was already going to take Fish Oil. I guess I could Go and get on those ASAP. And Start FA.

TTC. WE conceived DD June 22nd of 08, I missed my AF that was due July 1st. I knew I was Pregnant. I started peeing on sticks that day that i had missed AF. But I didn't get a BFP until July 20th Soooo Don.t get down. But I had faith! I rolled off DH the night we made her and said "that one did it" I just knew we scored that night!! I felt it in the pit of my stomach, well uterus! I had so many negative tests, so keep the positives vibes your still in the game till AF shows up!

That's quite amazing hey, i mean AF due on the 1st and didn't get a bfp till the 20th! See there is still a chance for you TTC5!
Some people say that a boy shows up later in a pregnancy test cos a girl is conceived a bit earlier so that results shows up earlier....dunno if it's true or even slightly true but that's what i read.

TTC, I have been meaning to tell you this for a few days but selfishly get on my own tangents! LOL. Another funny thing, I even did a blood pregnancy test on July 10th, came back negative!! I still didn't give up. And some have you seen proof of my little punem!! Just turned 2!!

Ok so il go get fish oil and FA and start them ASAP, and figure out some more stuff! any recommendations of fish oil?

Some of the newer fish oils are double or triple strength so that means taking less pills per day if that's something you're interested in. The ones i take it says 3 x 1000mg daily but i'm not sure if you need more when ttc?

I'm going to admit something (didn't want to mention it before incase I *jinx* myself *knocks on wood*..

The past 12 months I have had two operations where I had metal coils placed inside my gonoidal and pelvic veins for a syndrome I have.. I am now worried it may affect my fertility??

Did the doctors say anything about it having an impact on fertility? I'm sure you've googled it already?!
