Well, just like clock work my period showed up today ;( it was due today & it showed up today. Wow. Guess I'm out for the month of August 2.

I will be in the sept 2ww next week my cb monitor is still showing low fertility but I'm assuming it will peak on Monday, the day we leave for Germany lol maybe a little time travel will help my odds lol I'm a bit happy I have lost 2lbs ( not much but at least something haha) I'm just worried about being on holiday and in the 2ww it's going to be too hard to be good! There is no way my family will let me get away with not eating all those meat and potatoes lol does anyone have the link or know WHY sticking to the diet in the 2ww is so important? I read a while back what atomic said but I have forgotten if the sperm meets egg on Monday then why does it matter what we are eating? I do remember atomic said the xx loves low glucose but if something does happen Monday, either xx (I hope) or xy I don't see why what I eat in the 2ww makes a difference. Is it so the xx sticks better?

I am going on holidays in 2 weeks! Same as you will be hard to do and get away with diet on holidays. My parents are coming with us and my mum has already started questioning my weight loss! I got my pos opk today so will dtd tonight and hope it leads to a pink bfp

Hi all,
9dpo for me today and unsurprisingly, bfn.
I had to test this am because I am just on my way to the dentist for emergency treatment and i'm so nervous.
I am having a lot of the symptoms I had last month prior to my BFP. Back ache, nausea upon waking, excessive hunger, crazy sore boobs, veins dark and VERY visible all over thighs, arms, shoulders and mostly boobs, thick yellow/green tinged CM (this was the biggest hint for me last month, never before had it but had it all the way up to BFP) and incredibly irritable/moody/hormonal.

I am very reluctant to have dental x-rays/treatment in case I am pregnant - especially because they recommend waiting until 2nd trimester.
I would never forgive myself if I done something that could potentially harm a developing baby or cause another miscarriage.
Really unsure what to say to dentist.

How did you get in at the dentist?

My dentist was great, told me she would not do any x-rays and if we get a BFP in the next few days the x rays will be left until after I have given birth. If we are not pregnant this month, treatment can continue as normal.
She is going to replace my lost fillings with pregnancy friendly ones at my next appointment, in 2 weeks time should I get my BFP. I'm still a little unsure about this if I am pregnant. The anaesthesia worries me as does the composite they use as a filling.
But I suppose getting an infection and leaving the nerves exposed is more detrimental to my health and any potential baby also!

So now it's just a waiting game for me. AF is due in around 4-5 days but because this was the cycle after a MC my dates aren't quite right.
Going by OPK and symptoms I am 9-10dpo.
