    Atomic as of today I'm on Cd23 with no positive opk or sign of ovulation ;( we dtd.again after another 10 abstinence poor dh ;/...anyway I guess we continue with abstinence until positive opk right? Is this even healthy? I've heard something about egg maturity by this stage not sure if its ok to still TTC? Also, I've slowed down on my intense cardio not sure if that's delaying O...I still dominutes6 days a wk but don't run anymorei just walk is that ok? And I apologize for switching questions, but I have been on Le diet 9 weeks and dropped down to 106..BMI 18.8 (I initially started at 116 lbs) now I'm working to gain a tad bit because I look so sick to everyone..they see me AMD think I'm anorexic..I want to be at 110lbs (4lb gain, but 6 lost from beginning) maybe that would help with O as well. I have my pap Tuesday and will be asking for Clomid, I'm ok...or swaying blue by those changes?TIA

    Well, it's not ideal to gain weight. I would rather see you hold steady where you are, reduce exercise slightly, up cals and try to hold steady, then try to put on weight. Your body will catch up to itself eventually.

    Re the egg maturity, first of all you aren't even "late" yet in terms of ovulation. You're still in normal range. Secondly, the "late" ovulation/overripe egg thing is only in people who go 3-6 months or more without ovulating. No one needs to even worry about it unless they've gone 6-8 weeks without ovulating. Thirdly, it's totally unproven anyway and is just a theory. People get pg with normal helathy babies, every day, who haven't had a cycle for a year.

    RE the Clomid, I would prob. leave out the part about the exercise and weight loss or they aren't going to give it to you.

    Thanks for the reply atomic so should I go ahead and ask for Clomid? I have upped my calories to 1800-2000 still within LE limits only stwtched to doing 60j minutes of walking no more running. Waiting for O and still abstaining...I did notice a bit of a gain this morning (a few weeks back I was at 106lbs and today at 109lbs) initially started at 116lbs. I'm still good for a pink sway right? Oh almost forgot to add dh recently started working out jogging, walking and lifting up to 30 lbs. (maybe like 3-5 times p/ week) is that a no no?

    don't worry about the weight gian, you needed it

    it's best not to ask for Clomid because they won't give it to you, just tell them you aren't ovulating and they will usually offer it
