I am terrified of getting another YI and messing up my sway when we try next month. I know from the yeast thread that changes in pH affect yeast. So I'm feeling really nervous about the bsd. I was going to do the cot/bsd and have DH do ASG but now I'm second guessing.
Would it better to do ASG myself? I just don't know. The last time I checked my pH it was in the 7's and that was after a day or two of bsd. I got the YI from antibiotics before so I don't really know if the bsd had anything to do with it.
Ugh. I'm so hoping this works next month. I've gained 15 lbs and I'm so sick of eating breakfast and drinking fruit juice. I feel like I could just vomit all the time. Double ugh.

I agree, excellent pH, mine never got that high. I MUCH prefer ASG to bsd, didn't try ural. I do think you're smart to be cautious about changes in ph/yi. Honestly if my pH was that high without using drinks, etc I'd leave things as they are because clearly something is working for you.

That is a fantastic pH and I would not worry one iota about BSD if my pH was in the 7's. Skip it!! Good luck!
JMO but I prefer that everyone skip out on the COT anyway and get their potassium via foods rather than supps because it's safer that way. If you drink one coconut water a day that's 600 mg of potassium right there for only 75 calories.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
