So i will say im no expert to start off...but from everything I've read, 12 weeks is waaay too early for a potty shot. Boys and girls still look the same that way. Your nub isn't screaming boy to me either, even though there's a slight angle there. Do you know exactly what they said babe was? With that being said these ladies are pretty good at this so maybe they're seeing something I don't. Also, DD #3 was a major surprise and I really wanted her to be a boy BUT now that she's 2 and her sister is 3, I can't imagine it being any other way and I'm grateful I didn't get my way :-)

Neither are reversed, transvaginal or abdominal. That is a common misconception and one Dr Ramzi himself tried to clear up on another forum saying that the tech can flip the image at the press of a button so it could have been reversed half way through the scan to get a better image. The only way you can truly know for sure is to ask the tech but even then it can be extremely hard to work out where the placenta is forming without a coloured ultrasound scan that shows blood flow to and from the forming placenta as it is still so small at 6 weeks and barely even visible x
