I don't see anything, but I got my BFP at 8 dpo and I remember it being REALLY hard to get a good pic of it. If it is positive, It will show up better in a few days!

No, nothing there. 8dpo is really early. In HT world, we transfer at 5 dpt and that would be equal to a BFP at 3dpt...that cannot happen.
