Hello all! We are going to start ttc for our first sometime next year. We would like to sway blue for our first, but will be happy with either. We want to start now, but I was just made lead attorney on a big conference next Nobember, so do I hold off on trying until next summer so I won't be too far along to travel or already on mat leave? I also want to lose the 20lbs I gained while studying for the bar last summer! Already down one dress size but no pounds lost yet. I would love to chat with you ladies as we wait and plan!

Hi guys!
I'll try for my last baby starting January 2014. Praying for a boy.
My original plan was to start TTC in Sept, but I want at least 2 years age gap. I would wait longer, but I'm 41no time to hesitate....

We are waiting until 2014 too. I have 4 boys and did a light sway last time and this time will be getting a plan from this site. My youngest is only 6 months old and I plan BF for another year. I am worried how the girl diet would effect my milk supply. Thoroughly enjoying my baby right now and don't want to rush but also want to make sure I am on the diet long enough.

We will be trying before deployment next year for baby #5. We have 4 boys right now and I long for a lil girl. I'm trying to get my game plan right. We never swayed but I am a big red meat lover and never drink milk so I can see why I have all boys LOL! Good Luck to you....

That is my regular diet as well so it is going to be a challenge changing. My weight was different every time I conceived as was the time of year and time in my cycle. The only thing pretty constant was my diet. No dairy, lots of meat.

Yes! Well, I already eat a High Protein diet, but I want to eat more boy friendly foods, and have been incorporating more strength training in addition to my yoga practice. We don't know if we're going to start trying in January, or wait until next summer when work craziness dies down a bit. But, there will always be a busy time at work!

Hi, can I join you please. I have 3 boys aged 5, 3 and 8 weeks! We will be trying one final time for a girl towards the end of 2014 or maybe early 2015 depending on how things go.....
At the moment, I am thinking about whether to keep breast feeding until we TTC and/or whether to go on the pill. I am also trying to decide how much weight to lose prior to sway time! Decisions.....- January 2008,
- March 2010
- my royal baby July 2013
Hoping for aat some point, still weighing up HT or swaying.....

I understood that the LE diet would probably help lose weight so I haven't been worried about losing any right now. I have a good 20 extra pounds of cushion here to work with. I have conceived 2/4 of my boys while the thinnest I have ever been. The other 2 I was 10-20 pounds heavier. I have looked at moon signs, Chinese gender calendars, everything is different except my diet. I eat a lot of meat, salt and little dairy. Scared but excited to try the LE diet.
