Iluv- Congrats on your sisters little blue beanBack when I temped I would set an alarm so I took it at the same time each morning. I set it early so on weekends I could go back to sleep. I too do just what ttc5 said lol Thanks for the hairdryer clarification, I forgot the details but remembered getting yelled at lol
TTC5 - So when you going to test again???
Bec - Woohoo for O'ing on your own!! You never know, the green tea and fish oil may be doing it so definitely don't stop!
Tink - My inlaws criticize us like mad and think the earth revolved around dh's brother. Dh has a great career that he loves but since he's white collar they literally treat him like he's a fry cook at McDonald's, bil works construction and anything blue collar is better. Their house has leaky windows, mold in the basement and a bathroom I wouldn't use in an emergency but it's better then our house. Funny thing is my mil is about to get fired and they will probably loose their house before the year is up. Well guess who they are coming to for money(we won't give them any). My bil can't find work and has to borrow money from his inlaws to pay his mortgage, their marriage is falling apart and their kids are rotten. Yet somehow through all that we are still not as good. You just can't please some people.
That's a great start on the sups, and lol at 12-13 months.
Kris - no af means no one's out yet! fingers are still crossed for both of you.
Spicy - I think if you're that worried skip it. Wait a month and have the peace you did all you could.
Begonia - I joke too that hopefully I get grandsons. My in-laws lost their only dd to SIDS and now have 5 granddaughters and 1(fx2) grandson where my neighbor had 3 sons and 1 daughter and has all grandsons.
Baby - it feels a little hypocritical to say we don't really care what's cooking with all we did. I stand by that I don't care because I swayed instead of just leaving it up to chance again.
I guess we've been lucky as we've never gotten crap about having more kids except from my bil. He has the only boy and I know he wants it to stay that way. My parents don't say much about it but my in-laws have actually told us we can't stop till we have a boy. You know the keep it up till you get it right attitude
Starting to feel a little preg af being 2 wks late and all though I still check the tp every time I wipe. I'm having a few more food issues but nothing major yet, fx it stays this way. I swear I'm more tired everyday. How is it you forget this part? You'd think you'd remember yawning 24/7.

I leave out of town on Monday morning so I figured I'd test Sunday Morning. Hey, it'd be a nice father's day present since Mother's day didn't work out for me.
I don't think I'm prego at all, so I'm not in any rush to test. If I am I'm afraid my attitude might be a little less then desired since I did like no sway at all, it was doggy style the 2nd attempt is the best we did for sway and that means nothing.
I wish I had just went to sleep that night before so I would've at least had a few days abstinence since we ended up DTD like CD12 & CD13, 1st + opk was CD15. The only symptoms is my tummy has been a little jacked up like little nausea and gassy (i hate saying that out loud) but I was sick and our friends kid was sick last week and now DS1 is running fever, so I'm just going with that as the cause and not reading into it.
I'm so happy I finally figured out how to use my spell check on this mac laptop! yay!

I asked DH if we could try 1 more time if he have a DD instead and he said no.
I begged for trying the last 2 times, so I'm not at all surprised but it was a bit of a reality check and I really want to get my diet on again. Bummed I'm camping since it will make it a lot harder.

hi ladies,
I took a break from the boards here and now cannot catch up!!
Hope everyone is well. i needed a break from here to get my mind off my bfn.
I am trying this month and not sure what I will do for timing.
Today is CD 10 and I have ewcm today which I didnt have last month at all. My plan was dtd tonight and then abstain for 4 days and hit O day. But now I am thinking I may be oing soon.
What would u girls do??
I am not temping as I do shift work and it was too hard to
do consistently.
Should I dtd tonight or wait?

So you know these boards get stuck in your head when you're putting your child down for a nap and thinking OH NO! I forgot to congratulate iluv on her fun auntie news! And Bec O'd on her own and I didn't say anything! LOL. So anyhow, sorry to be tardy but I am SO excited for you both!!! Great news!
Princess the timing thing is so hard! I had an attempt this month and messed mine up because I did O early; I normally get a +OPK CD13, so was planning to BD that night and CD11 for an O-2 attempt. Well ended up doing my O-2 on CD11 as planned (after 4 day abstain) but then got my +OPK on CD12. So we just DTD again.
So are you wanting to do 2x? Or are you still hoping for a 1x on O day? If you're OK with 2x I would DTD tonight, and then you should get at least 48 hours abstaining in before an O day attempt. Really it just depends on if you're wanting 1x or 2, because if you're wanting 1x I'd hold out for the +OPK. I don't temp either but was using OPK's ... mine were fading in but went + much faster than they usually do this month.
