Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I had to change my diet enormously. Firstly, I used to eat breakfast immediately on waking and I was constantly snacking. We used to have red meat twice a week and I always had meat for lunch too (ham, chicken, tuna etc).

I couldn't skip breakfast completely as I would get shaky so I delayed breakfast until 10am and I would have lunch at 2pm and then dinner at 5.30pm. I didn't snack at all after 5.30pm.

I still ate chicken, although I decreased my portion sizes. I ddin't have red meat. I ate fish a few times.

With the Vitex I took it for 3 months straight AF-AF and then I stopped at the start of out month of our attempt.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

When I conceived my sons I was working in a very male dominated competitive environment. THis time I was so much more relaxed, and didn't have any competitive thoughts. My diet was not as strict as some, but I did what I felt comfortable with.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

The number of attempts.

We were on holiday when this bub was conceived, so we were having lots of cocktails and we were very relaxed lol

When I conceived the boys i had LOADS of EWCM. But this time I had hardly anything. I only had the tiniest bit on the day of ovulation.

The vitex also helped sort my cycle out, it went from 24 days back up to my usual 29 days.

I also drank 1-2 cans of diet coke a day.

I was also breastfeeding 3 times a day.
