Has anyone else been having trouble getting on the last couple of days? I thought maybe the site was down
Anyway, still lots of stress on the job front. DH didn't get the job he was going for, there were candidates with more experience. He's still looking...hopefully finds something before this one ends so we can continue paying the bills. Ugh
I have my CVS test on Friday. Even though I had it last pregnancy they had me see the geneticist which was awful. She was so rude and was fresh out of school and practicing on me. Started spewing off stats about the risks of m/c. It's something that was already decided between the doc and I, all she did was bring up a whole lot of anxiety. Then she kept pushing me to get the first tri screening which is so unnecessary when I'm getting the cvs done before I'd even get the results back.

Hope everyones pregnancy is going well and good luck to those who still have 12 week scans xxPlease have a go at guessing my nub http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ultr...ing-guess.html

Im sorry its no the girl youd hoped for retrolove1, but glad baby is healthy
I spoke too soonstill as sick as a dog, although it is getting a bit less now.
This pregnancy is gonna have my teeth though, i cant get enough sweet stuff in me and extra strong mints are the only thing that stops me chucking up!! I think i need to brush my teeth 4 times a day lol!
I hope the cvs goes well gurly, i hate it when professionals make you feel like youve not done your research when youve made a hard decision, but i suppose or every 20 people that have there is 1 that hant so they are just covering themselves ( they should ask if you know rather than tell though!!)
Bleurgh ..... There are enough hours in the day for the sleep i need!!!

Retro, I know how you feel. I just know this is another boy and the tech was 99% sure at our 12 week scan. I know its still stupidly early but the nub was just SO obvious.
I've got lots more scans booked though, privately and with the consultant. We've got a private one next week and I'm hoping they can have a good look then and get me another nub shot - I need full confirmation so I can really start getting my head round itsince 2005

Hi, we found out today that our sway worked! I didn't know how badly I wanted this until I cried as soon as she told me it was a girl. My stats can be updated to indicate that we are expecting a girl! A very spoiled little sister to two big brothers...

Huge congrats on hearing pink! Did you post your sway?
Tiggerian - I know this might sound daft but for those that swayed can we post a link to their sway in the stats? So like username, due date, swayed, expecting, *sway link*
I thought for people coming in and looking it's a really convenient way to read up on what everyone did. Just an idea xxx

Here is my successful sway. I still can't believe it! This is the first girl on DH's side since his great-aunt!!! I just thought it would never be possible (as did all of my friends with all boys). Of course I doubted all of my little cheats while swaying and thought I still probably hadn't done enough... but I changed my condition somewhat and something worked. A little luck didn't hurt either!
I will say that this pregnancy has been SO different than the ones with my boys... My DH really didn't have a doubt that it was a girl because of how different the pregnancy has been. I know they say that doesn't necessarily matter, but in my case, it may have.

Retro, I'm sorry you didn't hear girl. I'm pretty sure I'm having another boy as well. I had my 12 week scan to check on my SCH and saw a very boyish nub. I am trying to come to terms with it by the time I have my gender scan. I've realized I am noticing the cute little girly clothes more since the scan. It really sucks
Gizzy, congrats on the little girl! I get so happy when I hear that someone's sway worked. Have fun with all the girl shopping
Gurly, I hope you get good results with you CVS!
Nothing new with me. This pregnancy has been so easy! I'm happy that my last is turning out to be the best. No morning sickness, no aches, nothing. I do have terrible cravings though...I just ate a whole bag of sesame seaweed snacks. Japanese food has pretty much been my staple diet for a few weeks. My doctor told me to slow down on the seaweed since it can cause dehydration...I've just up my water intake another 16 oz.2009

WhoopsDUE February 28th 2017 with a BOY! Didn't get a chance to sway for another girl, but this little guy really wanted to be apart of our family. We love him already!
