    What is the best antacid that can be used with a blue sway?

    My doxycycline is giving me horrible heartburn. I have already spoken to the MD about it, he said to stay on it if I can tolerate the hb with an antacid 2 hrs before or after my dose. I am allergic to penicillin so this antibiotic is the best choice for my strep throat. What can I take during my sway? TIA
