Bec FWIW my DH is only taking fish oil, a b-complex with zinc, and vitamin D. And he has been taking those for like, a year ... and will continue because he wasn't taking them for swaying reasons anyhow. He's not down with the sway-action :-)

Sunny the leap year baby is so fun :-) Surely that baby (boy, FX!) won't actually come on the due date though! Has anyone had their DC come on the due date? My DD2 came the day after, so pretty close ... actually went into labor in the early morning hours after her due date. DD1 was an induction after her due date.
My allergies are BAD today!!! :-( And my kids got up at 5am bc DH left early for work. I need to think of something fun to do today to cheer me up 'cause I'm CRANKY right now, LOL!

B- nope haven't told the girls yet, dd2 can't keep a secret (obviously) which is why we weren't going to tell them till we told everyone else. We've started to discuss plan B lol
As far as due dates go I've also had one arr the day after, the other two were 6 and 7 days late. I'm a very comfy home and they had to be forcibly removed via pitocin.
ttc5- yeah vit d3 and dh does take it too, he works in an office so we fear he doesn't get enough. It definitely sways boy, more boys are conceived in fall, after months of soaking in the vit D and eating fresh summer foods. More girls are conceived in spring after a a winter of staying indoors with little to no vit D exposure or fresh healthy foods.
Freaking out a little this morning, tiny bit of brown blood in my panties and when I wiped. It wasn't pink and it wasn't a lot but still. Hoping its just sex spotting from Saturday and trying to stay calm. I will be taking it easy today and probably peeing every 20 minutes just to check.
On the plus side dh says the glow has hit, my bff's mom asked her if I was preg because she noticed it too.Chloe 3/1/2002,

3PNB, sorry to hear about brown blood but i dont think it's a worry because it could just be old blood. It could also be from Sat night sex. My DH has been away with work for the last 3 wks so he came home this w/end for Father's day & when we dtd it felt really strange & weird up there, hmmm dont know why.
Kris, sorry for bfn but 10dpo is still early so keep testing
Begonia, cant wait to hear your results i bet you preggers!!
Do you remember me saying that i think a friend of mine is secretly hoping i have another girl, well she rang me on Sunday & we got talking about me being preg & i said i wasnt feeling preg & the first thing she said "it's a girl" & i asked why & she said well i know someone who had no symptoms & she's having a girl. When i told DH he reckons she's your friend & she knows how much you want a boy so why would she say things like that you. Who needs enemies hey

3PNB brown blood is old blood and it's ( almost 100%) nothing
Pink and God forbid! fresh blood are bad things.
It also could be cervix irritation from having sex.

Thanks ladies, I've got no cramps and did a gentle clean out and haven't seen anything since. Scared the sh*t out of me though so poor dh isn't going to be getting any for a while lol
baby - Have you ever watched "I didn't know I was pregnant"? Just as many sneak attack babies are boys as are girls, I've had one blissful, one I wish I would just die pregnancy and one in the middle and they all yielded girls. No symptoms doesn't mean anything. That said I also have a friend rooting for a girl, she loves my girls and wants me to have 10 more of them. She's a single mom with one son and is living vicariously though my reproduction. She does however know I want a boy and wants that for me but always says she'll be thrilled, for me or her lol, no matter what I get.
Cheekymoo - I too am in the no messing with your cycle camp and like the others things changed a bit all on their own.
Well it seems my blissful run is over, It started Friday and I was hoping it was a one day thing but no luck. I'm not barfy just icky. Nothing sits well but nothing in particular is getting me either. Already breaking out my m/s arsenal and am hoping to kick it's ass in a matter of days.Chloe 3/1/2002,

Oh Jen I bet the blood was a scary find; odds seem very much in favor of it being totally OK though. Especially if you haven't seen a bit more. Likely just what everyone said, old blood. So sorry to hear your m/s is starting; here's hoping you do in fact kick it to the curb! What's in your arsenal?!?
On the "friends" (yours sounds like not the best one, Babydes... but that is super sweet about your friend, Jen, who loves your girls) and their comments, that's part of the reason I don't want to find out ... if I do have a 3rd girl I don't want to deal with all the comments while she's still in utero; I just want to enjoy the pregnancy. If anyone dares make a comment once she's out I'll shove a dirty diaper in their mouth :-) Of course not finding out I'll have to deal with everyone saying "oh, why bother finding out since it'll be a girl, of course..." People can be so insensitive.
But Babydes your sway you posted looked absolutely fantastic, so if you've got a girl in there she is definitely meant to be but I'm betting it is a boy! Jen did you post your sway?
ITA that pregnancy symptoms, heart rate, how you carry ... all of that is rubbish IMO for gender prediction. My 2 pregnancies were so different and I was convinced that meant #2 would be a boy. HA. That clearly didn't work out, lol.

B- yep I posted my sway, can't link to it since I'm on my phone.
My m/s arsenal is b-6 2-3x a day, preggie drops/pops, peppermint, lemon, club soda with lemon/lime and listening to cravings. Nasty as it sounds w/dd#1 chocolate covered chocolate donuts and cream soda stopped my m/s in it's tracks. Sadly I'm not craving any magic food yet and am just finding more things to avoid. Luckily I had some preggie pops from my loss and they're helping while I figure the rest out.Chloe 3/1/2002,

My O can be from CD12-CD18!! The past 2 months it has been CD 18, so I'm hoping lol. But I did take soy so I'm aware that can change O as well. I'm getting some cramping today but idk if it's O pains as I've never experienced them before.
I'm doing my opk's every day now and looking for a fade in pattern. It recommends testing opk's with afternoon urine but with all this water I'm drinking I think it may be too diluted. I tend to drink less in the mornings so will it be ok just to do it about mid-morning? I don't want to miss my surge. I'm CD 11 today and -opk.
Thanks so much for helping me!2006

Jen I'm going to go look for your sway! I probably already read it and commented and then totally forgot
*sigh* 33 and the memory is already not so good
I am definitely filing away your tips, those are great! LOL at the cream soda and donuts though!
Alexis soy can for sure mess with your O; I know Cemas had a crazy, long (I want to say 50 some days?) cycle from the soy. But I also know another gal from IG whose O moved up early from it! I took it one cycle months ago, like maybe November, and it didn't change mine. I never took it again b/c it didn't do anything + for me. So who knows?!? You're smart to start the OPK's already!
Re: testing and the holding I HATE that. I'm a frequent pee-erWhat I did was drink some in the am, stopped drinking by 9, had a pee at 10, then held it til at least 1 (I did have a bit to drink in the 3-4 hour wait) and would take my 1st OPK of the day somewhere around 1-2. Then I would drink some more, pee at 3, and hold til 6-7 to take the next one. I do think the holding for 3 hours minimum is key to getting an accurate read!
Re: timing, I would just try to DTD every 2-3 days and hope for the best ... ideally when it comes to getting the +OPK you won't have DTD for 48 hours. Don't stress it too much for sure .... I think diet is waaaaay more important. But I totally understand wanting to get timing "right" since I was definitely up in arms about it myself when it came to the actual attempt. And I ended up with 2 attempts 24 hours apartBut whatever will be will be, I'm happy with all the other stuff I did
How many days of +OPK do you get? That is the other thing I've heard about the soy ... it can give you a really strong O. So you might end up with 2-3 days of +OPK if you've not had that before.
