    Thanks ladies!

GT77 I didn't do any gender test. I have to admit I did look into intelligencer but I believe it's only a PH thing just like the baking soda stuff and everything else. It wouldn't even make any sense to try one of those tests with twins. Also my diet is very boy friendly again since I got my BFP.

2bnaday it was indeed an incredible experience. And telling others is like experiencing this moment over and over again. It's crazy how excited our families and best friends are. I can't wait to tell everyone else in December.

Bunny how exciting, good luck with your scan today!! Hope we are going to see some pics later . I am hoping I will get a prescription from my OB for the NT scan since we are having twins, that way I wouldn't have to pay for it. I already did take a look at the dates and I would love to get it done at 13+ weeks but that will be the Christmas week and I don't think they do scans during that time .

Menic are you ok? Anything new yet? I had my first scan at 5+2 and all we could see was the gestational and the yolk sac as well and a week later there were two babies .

Thinking of you menlc611 and hope that baby is doing okay.

bunnywabbit - my nausea has just been a constant thing since around 7 weeks. Its that feeling you get when you are absolutely starving and haven't eaten for ages, like you have to eat something now! And when I do eat, it eases for around an hour then I feel starving and nauseas again. I'm going to be the size of a house if I keep eating every time I feel sick I am definitely starting to look like I may have a bun in the oven, or that I'm getting fat! I think being my 3rd I will show sooner.

Dreamingof2girls - as hard as it is I wouldn't read too much into those tests. I've seen a lot of opposites with these types of tests. Your NT scan will be more reliable. I don't know about you but I am terrified of even looking at the screen every time I go in case I see something boyish. I feel so bad that this is occupying my mind when I don't even know if the baby is healthy yet! I just think as soon as I see something and its a boy, then my dream is over. This will be my last child for sure. And I know my heart is not ready to break!

Menlc611 - that's FANTASTIC news! So glad things are looking up for you. x

Pinkone, I'm so sorry your nausea is so bad. Do you find certain foods ease it or is it non-stop? I'm finding the cold I have isn't helping because off the goo constantly running down the back of my throat - ACK!

AFM, the scan went really well. Freaked out a little when we were told we had to have the vaginal scan as am very wary about increasing the chance of miscarriage, but our minds were put to rest.

As at 09/11/2013. Measuring at 7w, 3d and 1.18cm long (on the right - yolk sac on the left).

    Image2b.jpg

The two thick white lines in the middle is the heart - going strong! DH grabbed and held on to my arm - he didn't cry but I could see him welling up. He might have if we heard it!

    Image3b.jpg

She confirmed I ovulated on the left and s/he has settle on the left. Boy? I think so! Do not mind at all, just wanting a H&H bubba...

Awwww bunny, awesome pics! Crazy what a difference in development a few days make. I am so happy for you. The first child is very very special, enjoy every minute. I was also wondering about the ramzi theory and did some research on it. The ramzi theory is about were the placenta is and I have no idea were it is from my pics. As far as I know the theory about ovulation from the left or right and gender is an old wives tale just like were the baby implanted.

My next scan is on Friday and I am so so so excited. Can't wait to see my little pumpkins again, I need to see them again so I can start believing. Can't it be December already? I wanted to take on day at a time and enjoy every single minute but it's hard to relax the first 12weeks .
