Dream & black&gold - Sounds like you're very near L&D! So exciting! Hope you both start feeling better soon.
Ladybugs - Ugh, what a mess. I'm so sorry you have to deal with such hard decisions. I'm sure your little ladybug will arrive safe & sound. Will pray!
Meeks - Your job sounds great!
Waiting4Daisy - Sorry you feel yucky. I get that way around 30 weeks, at least I did with DS1 & DS2. Felt good with DS3, so kept working out till 34 weeks, only to find out my fluid was low...then I had to go on bedrest! I think this time I will stop working out around 30 weeks like I did with the first two...need to be resting more than anything at that point!
Hope everyone is else is doing well.
Afm - Not much to tell here, except that DH & I just got back from an awesome weekend trip to a super fancy hotel about an hour away, to celebrate our 10th anniversary that was in July. His parents kept the boys for us, and it was GLORIOUS. Had been since DS1 was a baby since we had gotten away without the kids. Had lots of good talks about baby #5...he is the one now having to convince me, haha. Really, it's more like I know we'll do it, I'm just scared. He has been amazing and such a wonderful support in all of this! Anyway, that's about it from here.

Black&gold sorry to hear you're feeling rubbish too. It would be lovely to think that it's just our bodies gearing up to a healthy delivery! I felt so crap over the weekend that I was sure I wouldn't go to term. After resting the last few days I've felt much better today. It really helped speaking with a midwife friend today who assured me that if everything's fine with baby, placenta & me I could go up to around term & 20 days. I'd have to go in for monitoring everyday & a scan of the placenta but it's my decision to just let things take it's course naturally. I feel sooo much better about it all & am not as scared of going overdue now. There are still so many variables right now that I'm embracing my new-found Mary attitude towards things & not worrying or obsessing! I just really want my vba2c!

November 11th, 2013, 10:48 PM #85Just had my Glucose Challenge Test this morning (the one with the horrible drink, and then you have a blood test 1hr later). It always makes me want to throw up! Yuck. Anyway, I have seriously NOT been able to concentrate after the test. I am supposed to be working right now and CAN NOT FOCUS. Did anyone else have trouble with concentration afterwards? It has made me super tired. I don't remember feeling this way with ds1 or 2 but I could just have forgotten. I know I felt sick with it for them, and that I got shaky (which this time I didn't).
DS1 2009, DS2 2011.
Due early Feb 2014, it's a GIRL!

Hello ladies,
So much to catch up I forget what is related to who...!!
I still find it strange some of us are talking about labour, how have these pregnancies gone so fast!? Ladies worried about sections and proximity logistics I really hope it all works out. Just got to keep focused on the outcome I suppose -,hopefully beautiful perfect healthy babies.
Personally I am finding it hard to think beyond the labour, I'm not sure if its because of the scares I've had this pregnancy or the fact this baby is a girl and to have everything perfect seems like a dream to good to be true... I just worry!
I'm 35 weeks now and have barely done a thing to prepare. There just doesn't seem the time what with running after two boy toddlers all day, the constant clear up and my extreme fatigue. Plus I have every expectation that I will go two weeks over as I did both times before.
Girls with pelvis pain have you got the sleeping pregnancy pillow? It's helped me so much and whist my SPD has returned now its nothing near as bad as it was in my last pregnancy!

Also we should get a due date/induction date list going so we can see the order we are expecting babies and how much they deviate from it...

By my dates (prog test & opk) I believe I'm due on 12th Dec. However the scans agree with my LMP & gave me the due date of 5th Dec. I'm attempting a VBA2C & as long as baby & I are fine we're leaving things up to nature - even if I go over 42 weeks.
